How long does it take to produce custom team uniforms?
Standard production time for custom teamwear is 3-4 weeks from the date of design approval and payment. Peak season orders may take slightly longer.
Can I order a single sample before placing a bulk team order?
Yes, we offer sample orders for sizing and quality verification. Please contact our sales team to arrange a sample kit or a custom-printed prototype.
What shipping methods do you use for international orders?
We ship globally using trusted carriers like DHL, FedEx, and UPS to ensure your gear arrives safely and can be tracked every step of the way.
What is your return policy for customized apparel?
Due to the personalized nature of custom teamwear, we cannot accept returns unless the product is defective or there was a manufacturing error.
Are there minimum order quantities (MOQ) for custom designs?
Our standard minimum order is 10 units per design for initial orders. Re-orders for existing designs can often be fulfilled with lower minimums.
